Serghei Chiviriga is a film director based in Bucharest. While studying acting, he starts to explore the world of animation. In 2014 starts to develop his stop motion project which three years later became the award-winning short movie “The Best Costumer”. This movie and a music video for a local electro fusion band will mark his debut as a filmmaker. Since then he directed a series of video projects, commercials, music videos and short films combining live-action with animation.
PROJECT MOLDOVANS IN SPACE
After the local election, a TV news announces that members of the voting stations have found dozens of families living fictionally at the same address. Authorities were required to set up polling stations for apartments where thousands of Moldovan citizens are registered, even if they do not vote. In one small apartment, dozens of Moldovan men physically occupied every available corner of the space
