Ivan Durovic was born in 1992 in Belgrade, Serbia. In 2017 he graduated as a film director from Belgrade’s Faculty of Media and Communications, University of Singidunum. In 2018 he started the graduate filmmaking program at Columbia University School of the Arts in New York. He has directed four short films that premiered and showcased in major film festivals around the world. His short film ”The Vine” won the Grand Prix for the best film and cinematography at Belgrade’s 65th March Film Festival. ”The Vine” has also been presented in Berlin, Nancy, and Thessaloniki, amongst thirty other Film festivals in Europe and the USA. In 2020 we worked as a director of the Exit Festival’s Life Stream project in partnership with the United Nations World Food Programme.
