She’s a film directing master student at UNATC, 1st year. Her film titles are usually long: “Can you see everything? Technically no, stay calm”, or “The mystery of a simple case”, and her movies always have a cartoonish animation feeling.
PROJECT A SONATINA OF DESIRE
This animation project isn’t based on any intricate plot or inciting incident, but holds more of a naive suspense. It’s a story built on the musical structure of a sonatina, and presents a tragic concept of desire, of having something without actually having it. The project, along with the atmosphere it conveys, has its origin and reference in the works of Russian animator Yuriy Norshteyn.
