She graduated the Acting department from the University of Theater and Film, Bucharest in 2007. In 2013 she wrote and directed the first short feature ‘On Sunday’, winner of the Stuttgarter Film Winter festival, best short film, in 2014. In 2016, she wrote and directed ‘Home Trespassing’.
PROJECT CONTACT
Any contact between two strangers holds a potential aggression. This feeling of feeling threatened – without / before the object of the threat having a clear contour – can degenerate into real aggressive situations because the subject is (re)acting on the basis of their personal history, not corresponding with the given reality. A potential victim can become an aggressor without realizing how he got to that situation. There are cases in which the distinction between the two categories is difficult to observe, in which case witnesses begin to judge emotionally and to take sides.
