He is a graduate of UNATC, Bucharest. He made short films, awarded at national and international film festivals. Among them: The GOPO Award for Best Short documentary, and the Golden Panda Awards – Best Experimental.
PROJECT THE HIPPO HUNTING
In the backstage of the auction house “Renart” a painting is mistaken for another. While they’re searching for the right one, currently missing, the auction commissioner, Gilbert, describes it to the audience with great words. In the absence of the painting the participants offer frantically high bids, unbothered by the fact that the painting is missing. Finally, a child notices the absence of the painting.
